Returns are painless with eir home. We have a 30-day return policy, in which you have 30 days after receiving your eir home product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Free shipping for all orders throughout Canada. Orders from the Continental U.S. pay $200 shipping. Please expect a 2-3 week lead time for delivery. U.S. customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.

For those residing in the Windsor-Essex and Mississauga area, local pick up is available from our warehouse.
